Moss starts at a microscopic level. By the time you can see it from the ground, it is well rooted and has been there for a while. Moss generally starts on the ends of the shingles , moving to the edges. Eventually it will cover the entire shingle causing issues such as loosened granuals, and shingle lift thus reducing the life of the roof.
Our process, gently removing the moss, cleaning the gutters, the grounds and treating your roof with our special, unique demossing formula to stop the growth of moss. We use our own special 4 part solution created with the help of a chemist which we then spray on your roof for amazing results. It is Biodegradable and extremely effective. We have tried many different treatments over the last 26 years, including peroxide products but find this the most effective and pleasing solution of all for our customers. It is really prudent to be proactive and take care of your roof. It is very costly to re-roof prematurely. All work is performed with care and consideration.
